Budget Decorating

This is my specialty area, but it’s not for everyone.  I use many resources to keep costs down.  If you choose this style of decorating, I use consignment furnishings along with items purchased at Home Goods, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, and Building 19.  These makeovers usually do not utilize new flooring, though they can, but it increases the cost.  If a painter is not affordable, I can be hired for a lesser fee. 

I can often do makeovers in the $500-$2500 price range.  I’m very affordable using the above cost saving techniques.  I can often use your own furnishings in new and interesting ways
